What Omniwatch collects

The Omniwatch Chrome extension captures text previews (up to ~2,000 characters) of prompts and responses on supported AI websites when you are connected to an organization. Attachment metadata may be included; file contents are not uploaded.

Claude Code telemetry (separate install) may include tool names, models, token counts, and session metadata — not full file contents unless included in tool previews.

What we do not collect

  • Passwords or payment information
  • Full page HTML dumps
  • Data from sites you do not use while connected

Where data goes

Events are sent to your organization's Omniwatch API endpoint (Cloudflare Worker) using the org ID and API key you configure in the extension. Your org admin can view aggregated usage in the Command Center; employees see their own coach view.

Storage

Extension credentials (org ID, API key, user tag) are stored in chrome.storage on your device. Server-side events are retained per org policy (typically 30 days).
